Please note that all damaged or defective merchandise must be reported for return within 48 hours after delivery. PACKING SLIP MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS.
Detailed Return Instructions for Officestorehouse.com
1. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA).
2. Item(s) must be returned in their original carton and packaging free from any marks.
3. On the packing slip, indicate the quantity to be returned. Also list the reason for the return, and write return reason code on the packing slip.
4. If your recieved the wrong item; note on the packing slip the item you actually received.
5. Include a copy of the packing list in the return carton. Keep a copy for your records.
6. Enter the RA number on the return label.
7. Securely apply the return label to the carton.
8. Return product as instructed by customer service.
9. Be sure to pack return item(s) securely to avoid product damage.
10. Please, do not mix with merchandise shipped to you via other suppliers or carriers.
Return Codes:
A=Wrong Item Shipped
B=Damaged
C=Changed Mind
D=Damaged
E=Wrong Quantity Shipped
O=Other
Returns of Technology Products:
Returns of Technology products are not accepted since technology changes so quickly unless product is defective within 48 hours of delivery. Technology products are: Computers and Accessories (Desktop and Laptop),Software, Printers Monitors, PDA's, GPS, TV's, DVD players, CD Players, Stereos, Telephones and Fax.
Furniture Returns:
Returns of furniture( Chairs, Desks, Tables, File Cabinets) are accepted if returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective and damaged furniture must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
