Which shipping carrier does Officestorehouse.com use?
At Officestorehouse.com we use a variety of carriers to get your package delivered in the shortest and most efficient amount of time. You will be issued a tracking number to track your package delivery status; no matter which carrier is delivering your package. Example of some carriers we use are: FedEx, UPS, USPS, Yellow(Freight) and more!.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders received for items that are in stock will ship the same day if order is placed before 12PM EST. Orders for items not in stock will ship 1-2 days later depending on the size of your order. You will be notified if there is a delay in shipping your order!!.
Does Officestorehouse.com ship on holidays or weekends?
Officestorehouse.com does not ship on holidays and weekends. Example you place an order on Friday before 12PM EST and select Next Day Air, your on-time delivery will be Monday not Saturday.
Can I upgrade my shipping service?
Yes!! We offer our customers the option to upgrade to 1 Day Express, 1 Day Service, 2 Day Guranteed, and 3 Day Guaranteed. Order can be shipped in a variety of ways to ensure a timely and fast delivery to your door, including air or ground based on where you live. Please refer to ground delivery map below to ensure you are not upgrading unneccessarily. Please Note: YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP VIA ONE OF OUR GROUND SERVICES( Standard,Ground Saver or Ground 1-7 Days) IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A SHIPPING SERVICE UPGRADE!!
Do I need to be available to receive deliveries from Officestorehouse.com?
A signature will be required on all orders exceeding $200 to ensure there are no complications with your delivery, and for your protection.
Does Officestorehouse.com ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes; we can ship to APO and FPO addresses, but shipping to these addresses are limited to standard delivery only. Please note that orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses cannot weigh more than 70 lbs. due to federal regulations.
What days of the week does Officestorehouse.com deliver on?
Our ground packages are delivered Monday-Friday to business and residential addresses. In some regions of the country packages can be delivered on Saturday's depending on the shipping carrier and city where you are located.
What is meant by Days in Transit?
Days in transit are calculated beginning on the day following the shipment. Example, if your payment clears at 10am on Monday and 3 Day Service is selected; shipping will occur on Monday with Tuesday being day 1 in transit, Wednesday being day 2 and Thursday being day 3 and the anticipated delivery day. Standard and ground services are not guaranteed by a certain date. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method.
